Ordering & Shipping Information
Placing an Order:
• Prior to placing an order, check with us for product availability and shipping cost. You can order via e-mail, by calling, or by using the Order Form. All payments for orders must be by money order, personal check, or through PayPal. We are currently unable to accept credit cards other than through PayPal. Personal checks will require 10 business days from receipt to allow time for clearance prior to shipment. We are now accepting international orders, but payment must be through PayPal or with an IMO in US dollars drawn on a US bank.

Paypal Information:
• If you are using PayPal, please advise and we will send you an electronic invoice complete with shipping cost. With PayPal, shipping is to a confirmed address only.
• If you are not familiar with PayPal, Pay Pal is an internet based business that acts something like a bank. Its primary function is to facilitate the transfer of cash and credit card charges for the purchase of goods and services through the internet. Once you are registered with PayPal, any transactions you make can be paid for through PayPal without having to give out your credit card number or sending a check to others. • Shipping will be by UPS or USPS - best rate. Actual cost is based on established UPS or USPS shipping rates that are available online plus the cost of packaging. We do not pad the shipping cost. The more items placed in the order, the more cost effective the shipping rate. If you have any specific instructions regarding the packing and shipping, let us know. A street address is required if shipping is via UPS. UPS will not deliver to post office boxes.
If you are looking to get your items quickly, this is your best option. Once the transaction is completed we can ship as early as the same day.
Shipping:
• Packages are normally shipped using USPS. While we make every effort to package a model securely and to minimize the potential for damage during shipment, we offer no guarantee that the model will arrive undamaged or not get lost during shipment. Insurance is optional but is recommended.
• Note: UPS automatically insures the value of a package up to $100 with additional cost for higher values if requested.
Attention Ohio Residents:
• If you are an Ohio resident, the Ohio state sales tax is applicable for the county in which you reside. Please advise us of your county of residence so that the proper tax may be applied. There are no exceptions unless the model is being shipped to a destination outside the State of Ohio.
